Peer Review Policy

ICATCICT 2026 follows a rigorous single blind peer review process. Each paper will first undergo an initial screening for scope, formatting, and plagiarism compliance before being assigned to expert reviewers.

  • Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of three qualified reviewers.
  • A maximum of five papers will be assigned to a reviewer to ensure review quality.
  • Review decisions will be based on technical quality, originality, significance, clarity, relevance to the conference theme, and overall contribution.
  • The review process will be handled by experienced national and international technical committee members.
Policy for Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts will be checked using a licensed plagiarism detection system such as iThenticate. Only papers meeting the conference similarity requirements will be considered for further review.

  • Manuscripts should have an overall similarity index of less than 15%, excluding bibliography.
  • Similarity from any single source should normally remain below 3%.
  • Papers with excessive similarity or evidence of plagiarism may be rejected without external review.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring originality, proper citation, and adherence to ethical publication standards.

  • The AI tool used must be clearly identified.
  • The specific sections influenced by AI assistance must be mentioned.
